Magnolias are a symbol of purity, everlasting connections and the love for nature. Drawn with April in mind, a sign of new beginnings again, being the first tree to flower. The magnolia provides magnificent blooms before even a leaf.
 
Hand-drawn by me, printed on premium archive quality, 308gsm 100% Cotton Rag paper by Hahnemühle and signed in graphite. The super matt finish of Hahnemühle Photorag gives excellent depth and detail. The surface has minimal texture with a chalky smooth cotton feel.
